After having spent a good part of his life as a car mechanic, and seeing the rising demand for healthier food, Óscar decided to change vocation and began working in the world of agriculture. He currently cultivates a 4-hectare farm of Bacon and Hass avocado, along with 1 hectare of passion fruit.

Beginning has not been easy for Óscar; he’s had to learn a lot and continues to encounter challenges every day, especially with passion fruit, a crop about which much is still unknown. He is clear that organic farming is the best way to conserve fauna and flora, by creating a farm with a lot of biodiversity.
