This project began as the result of a dream; to learn more about how our food is grown. From there we began learning about regenerative agriculture, a model we follow in which soil health and respect for biodiversity are fundamental.

We currently have 1.5 hectares of plum and nectarine trees in production, and have planted 200 olive trees with a plan to start producing olive oil.

For us, the countryside is a way of life that has taught us many things, and every day we learn more. With respect and admiration for nature and its cycles, we aim to produce healthy, chemical-free and nutritious food.
