Francisco is a young farmer working the same land his grandfather used to cultivate. During the pandemic he decided to leave his Economics degree and dedicate himself to farming. He also gives guided tours, to spread the word about his work and rich surroundings.

Francisco’s grandfather began growing organic lemons, and later avocados. He continues to maintain this tradition of respect for nature, the use of manure and natural products, trying new exotic and tropical fruits, and looking to sell his produce directly to the consumer.
