Pablo’s grandfather passed the farm on to his son, 40 years ago, so that he could return from France and have a place to live and a land to devote himself to. For the last 5 years, Pablo has been taking care of it. This small fruit orchard was one of the first farms in Andalusia to be certified as organic production.

Initially, Pablo didn’t see himself working in the fields, but once he started he felt how rewarding it was. He likes to investigate and experiment with new things and although his farm mainly produces avocados and oranges, he also is keen to diversify therefore has many other fruits such as pomegranate trees, custard apples, banana trees… For the time being he feels very confident with the level of production on his plot, the fertility of his land and its environment.
