One of the main aims of our project is to promote knowledge of ecological agriculture in the Guadalhorce Valley. Our philosophy is based on the diversified production of agro-ecological, seasonal, open-air food all year round, and we look to bring these foods closer to consumers through direct sales, offering zero-kilometres produce and providing from the field to the table traceability. We also enjoy sharing our knowledge, ideas and experiences with people who wish to consume or live a “gastro-experience” on our farms.

We grow many types of vegetables: tomatoes, courgettes, peppers, cucumbers, aubergines, pumpkins, cabbages, broccoli, and also various varieties of fruit: melons, watermelons, figs, plums, oranges and mandarins of different varieties, lemons and pomegranates. We also cultivate almonds and produce table olives. Our daily work includes reintroducing old varieties and species that are no longer cultivated in the region or province of Malaga, as well as bringing in new ones.

We offer visits to our 100% organic farm, where you can learn about seasonal crops, pick fruit and vegetables – and taste them afterwards! During the summer months, events are held around the cultivation of Huevo de Toro tomatoes and their uses in cooking, both on the farm and in collaboration with restaurants and private events.
