Eva moved from Cadiz and left her job at a real estate agency when she met Sergio. They both began to explore the world of agriculture with various crops until they came across the passion fruit plant. They have two farms, Las Canarias and El Higuerón, dedicated entirely to this fruit, which they harvest twice a year, in winter and summer.

They have always used outdoor, organic farming methods because they believe in this model and would not consider doing it any other way. The passion fruit plant can flower and bear fruit simultaneously, so at the same time we can find fruit to harvest, beautiful flowers full of pollinators and small, newly formed passion fruits that are beginning to grow.
