Our project is focused on an ecologically and socially sustainable agricultural model. The guiding principles are a special attention to the fertility of the soil, increasing biodiversity on the farm and economically and socially fair trade.
We concentrate as much as possible on direct sales, creating relationships between farmers and consumers that are personal and fair. The promise on our side of the relationship is to guarantee the high quality of our products and farming methods, with special attention on harvesting fruit in its perfect state of ripeness.
